Build-Up Fee: An extra $15/bin applies if significant scraping or extra time is needed on your first clean. Always confirmed on-site before we start — never charged without your approval.
Outside the Tri-Cities? A transit fee may apply for Burnaby, Surrey, and other areas beyond Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody. Contact us and we'll confirm before you book.
Payment: E-transfer or cash on-site after the clean. Card via Stripe is standard for recurring plans and available upon request for one-time bookings. No deposits, no GST.
Build-Up Fee — What It Is and When It Applies
Bins that haven't been professionally cleaned in a long time — or that have years of grease, dried waste, or compost build-up — take significantly more time and product to restore. When that's the case, we apply a one-time build-up fee of $15/bin — no surprises.
We'll let you know before we start if it applies. After the first clean, your bins go onto our regular schedule and the fee no longer applies — regular pricing only.

Do I need to be home during the clean?
No — you don't need to be there at all. Leave your bins accessible and empty at the curb before your scheduled time and we'll take care of the rest.
Do my bins need to be empty before you arrive?
Yes. Bins need to be empty and accessible. We recommend scheduling shortly after your regular waste collection day.
When and how do I pay?
Payment is sent after the clean is complete — never before. We accept e-transfer, cash on-site, or card. No deposits, no GST.
What if my bins have heavy buildup?
If extra scraping or time is needed, an additional $15/bin may apply. We confirm this on-site before starting — you'll never be charged without knowing first.
