Do you require a long-term contract?

No. We work on a recurring service agreement, not a locked contract. You can pause or stop service with reasonable notice — we keep it flexible.

How do you handle access to the bin area?

We coordinate access details with you upfront. For gated or enclosed bin areas, we'll work out a simple access arrangement before the first service.

Can you service just some of the bins in a complex?

Yes — we can service specific bin types or a subset of units if needed. Just let us know during the quote process and we'll structure the service accordingly.

How do invoicing and payment work for commercial accounts?

Payment is due after each service — we don't require prepayment. We accept e-transfer or card. For larger complexes, we can discuss consolidated monthly invoicing.

What areas do you service for commercial properties?

We serve the Tri-Cities (Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody) and surrounding areas. A transit fee may apply for properties outside the primary service area. Contact us to confirm.
