Before you book.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No — you don't need to be there at all. Leave your bins accessible and empty at the curb before your scheduled time and we'll handle the rest. You'll get a confirmation once it's done.
Do my bins need to be empty before you arrive?
Yes. Bins must be empty and accessible for us to clean them properly. The easiest approach is to book shortly after your regular waste collection day — timing lines up naturally.
How do I pay?
Payment is collected after the clean is complete — never before. We accept e-transfer, cash on-site, or card. No deposits, no GST. You won't be charged for anything you haven't seen done.
