What's included every visit
- High-pressure wash — inside and outside of each bin
- Soap scrub — interior scrubbed to break down grease and residue
- Sanitize — eco-safe sanitizer to kill bacteria and mould spores
- Deodorize — odour-eliminating treatment
- Recycling bins cleaned at no extra charge on every recurring visit
How scheduling works
Once your agreement is active, you don't need to book anything — or be home. FreshBin Co. manages your visit schedule around your municipal waste collection day. Each cycle, we confirm your service date with you in advance and send a reminder the day before. Just leave your bins accessible and empty after your collection.
The invoice after each visit reflects the bins actually cleaned on-site. To update your collection day or request a change, email info@freshbinco.com.
Commercial recurring clients
Strata corporations and property managers can arrange recurring commercial service on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule. Commercial recurring plans are quoted individually based on bin count, size, and access. Invoicing for commercial clients is handled by email on agreed billing terms. Contact info@freshbinco.com or visit /commercial to request a quote.
Billing
You authorize FreshBin Co. to charge your card on file after each completed visit. A charge confirmation is sent within 24 hours of your completed service.
Card setup: After your agreement is confirmed, FreshBin sends you a secure Stripe enrollment link. You enter card details directly on Stripe — FreshBin never sees or stores your card number.
Payment failure: We notify you immediately. Service pauses until resolved, then resumes as normal.
Referral discount
Refer a friend → you both get 10% off. Every time you refer someone new, you get 10% off your next visit and your friend gets 10% off their first clean. No limit. Discount applied to your next invoice after their first clean is confirmed.
Pausing or cancelling
Cancel or pause anytime with 7 days' written notice to info@freshbinco.com. No cancellation fees. Outstanding balances from completed visits are due at cancellation.

Agreement
By joining a recurring plan, you confirm that:
- You've read and agree to the terms of this Recurring Service Agreement
- You authorize FreshBin Co. to charge your card on file after each completed visit
- You understand FreshBin manages your scheduling — you don't need to rebook each cycle
Agreement is confirmed when you check the box at booking, reply "I agree" to the agreement email, or complete Stripe enrollment.
