Plain English: We collect only what we need to book and complete your service. We never sell your information. You can request access or deletion anytime by emailing us.

FreshBin Co. is a bin cleaning service based in Coquitlam, BC. We can be reached at info@freshbinco.com. This policy applies to information collected through freshbinco.com and in connection with our services.

When you book a service

- Service address
- Bin types and service preferences
- Payment information (processed securely through Stripe — we never see or store your card number)
When you contact us
- Your name, email, and the content of your message
Automatically collected
- Basic website analytics (pages visited, general location, device type) via Google Analytics 4
- No personal identifiers are collected through analytics
3. How we use your information
- To schedule, confirm, and complete your bin cleaning service
- To send invoices and process payment
- To communicate with you about your booking or service
- To send service reminders and schedule confirmations (recurring clients)
- To improve our website and service quality
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
4. Who we share your information with
We share your information only with the following service providers, strictly for the purpose of delivering our services:

We retain booking and payment records for a minimum of 7 years as required by Canadian tax and accounting standards. Contact and service records are kept for as long as your account is active or as needed to resolve disputes. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
6. Your rights under PIPEDA
As a resident of Canada, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Withdraw consent and request deletion, subject to legal retention requirements
- Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada
